Today’s first video (No 7) from the Squat Rx Video Training Series shows you how to incorporate bands and chains into your workouts to maximize muscle gains and make sure you keep breaking through any plateaus that may occur!
The second video (No 8 ) gives viewers an incite into the types of shoes you should be using to squat. There are certain types of shoes that are made for squatting and this video shows which ones are best, and which ones you should be looking for if you are serious about squatting.
