Safety is often a major problem when performing the squat. The pressure on your lower back and knees can sometimes be unbearable! Now, we don’t want to stop lifting heavy right? That’s where some squatting aids come in.
Today’s videos will go over the basics of knee wraps, lifting belts and the squat suit. These aids are great for getting that extra few pounds up, without the added safety risk.
